Dorset Decorative Curtain Trim Border
$5.00 – $579.90Price range: $5.00 through $579.90
Traditional rooms take their time to complete. The furnishings accumulate slowly — a pattern chair here, a set of prints there, curtain fabric chosen for its woven texture rather than its convenience. The last thing such a room needs is a curtain border that looks like it arrived from a fast-furnishing catalog.
The Dorset Decorative Curtain Trim Border is designed for those rooms. Its heritage-influenced repeat belongs to the same tradition as English woven textiles — understated in color, precise in pattern, built to last.
Heritage Pattern Character — The Dorset’s repeat is rooted in the vocabulary of traditional British decorative weaving: measured, structured, and legible across a wide range of traditional and country-house fabric types. It works alongside chintz, damask, woven stripe, and embroidered curtain fabrics without looking out of place in any of them.
Cotton/Rayon Construction — Traditional trims are expected to perform across decades, not seasons. The cotton/rayon blend gives the Dorset the durability of a woven cotton with the surface quality that holds up against high-grade base fabrics. It does not pill, does not flatten, and does not change character after repeated pressing.
4-Inch Width — Traditional rooms typically use fuller, longer curtain panels than contemporary interiors. The 4-inch profile is proportionally suited to the scale of those treatments, providing a defined border band without reading as a token finish.
Order by the Yard — Swatch first against your existing fabric. Running yards for individual panels. Roll quantities for complete room projects.
